Speaking at Flink Forward Singapore 2025 is a great way to connect with your peers, become involved in the streaming data community, and share your story of the future of streaming and real-time data. Talks should be informative, interesting, educational, and thought-provoking. If you’re talking about a product, then please do more than just pitch it.

This year, Flink Forward Asia Singapore 2025 offers a full-day conference schedule.


Enjoy a full day of insightful keynotes, breakout sessions, and interactive booths covering 20+ compelling topics. This year, we proudly offer three distinct tracks, and we are actively seeking topics to enrich these sessions. Register now to be the first to receive updates!

Topics

Real-Time AI

Explore the cutting-edge convergence of real-time data processing and artificial intelligence and discover how Apache Flink empowers AI with real-time capabilities. This session will explore a wide range of topics, including but not limited to agentic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, automated data processing, real-time feature engineering, and the innovative applications of real-time data-AI integration across industries. 

Real-Time Lakehouse

Real-time lakehouse has emerged as one of the most popular innovations, leveraging Apache Flink's streaming computing alongside lakehouse formats like Apache Paimon and Apache Iceberg. This combination allows users to significantly accelerate computing pipelines at minimal cost, enabling both streaming and batch computations within a unified data lake platform.

Real-Time Analytics

Deep dive into the world of real-time analytics, where data is transformed into actionable insights at unparalleled speed. Discuss the core technology of Apache Flink and explore how Flink enables organizations to process and analyze massive streams of data in real time, empowering use cases such as real-time dashboards, fraud detection, IoT monitoring, operational intelligence, and personalized recommendations. 

Examples

Submit your ideas, perspectives, and thought-provoking discussions that will ensure attendees have both a good time and send them home better-informed and more capable than they came. Key submission fields to prepare:

  • Session title (100 chars max)
  • Session description (2,000 chars max)
  • Speaker bio (1,000 chars max)

  • Call for Papers closes: 30 May 2025, 11:59 pm (UTC+8)
  • Speaker Notifications sent: 9 June 2025 (estimated)
  • Event day: July 3, 2025

Talk Type and Rules

All sessions will be 30-minute presentations (including an optional 5-10 minutes of Q&A).

You can submit up to 3 sessions. However, a maximum of 1 session per submitter will be accepted.

A maximum of 3 people are permitted to present for each session. Each accepted presentation can include the submitter and up to 2 co-speakers.

Voting is conducted anonymously by the Program Committee.

 

 

 

Please note: in an effort to give as many speakers the opportunity as possible. In the case that more than one of your sessions is accepted, the Program Committee reserves the right to choose the highest-ranked session and limit the submitter to one session.

In the case of tied votes, the Program Committee Chairperson will choose the session that best supports the intended diversity of the event.

 

 

 

The selected speakers will be informed via email. Please accept or reject the offer as soon as possible (within a week). By letting us know promptly in the case that you will not be speaking, it allows us enough time to inform the next speaker in line.

If you need to cancel your session at the conference, please inform us as soon as possible. You are welcome to nominate another speaker from your organization in your place. In this case, the new speaker is required to present the same session topic that was originally selected, with minimal change in topic.
